World conclave for children and youth:

There’s a silent cry for help that we all hear but perhaps feel helpless to attend to.Children are battling anxiety disorders, abuse, neglect, low self esteem and hordes of other issues. Across the world, people are discovering the power of performing arts in helping children overcome such issues. Dhwani wants  this therapeutic power to be understood by everyone. We want it to reach every nook and cranny of India. So that each and every child of our country  can discover a new way to be happy.


Celluloid Classical Confluence: A production to generate an awareness in the masses about the REAL & ILLUSION in context to the Indian Classical Dance Forms that one comes across in Indian Cinema. The idea is to help them understand and differentiate the co-existence of both at the same time without distorting the essence of each.


Pehchaan is a monthly performance and education series that began in 2002. It started as an offshoot of the Pandit Shambhu Maharaj Kathak Academy, with the idea of introducing students, their parents as well as the general public to classical, traditional and forgotten art forms from all over India. The success of these performances, often followed by workshops, will now be presented throughout India.
